My name is David Eaker and I am an almost lifelong resident of Rutherford County. After graduation with a Business Degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1980, I had a 23-year management career with Cone Mills Corporation in Rutherford County. Following the great US textile exit due to NAFTA in the early 2000’s, I began a real estate career in 2004 with Matheny Real Estate. I am a full-time broker and enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I feel my knowledge of the area and the people here are an asset to me in working in real estate. I am a low-pressure Realtor who likes to deliver even more than promised.

I am married with three grown sons, and now four grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, exercising/walking and still enjoy playing competitive amateur golf which has long been a passion of mine.
